Zach Haptonstall is a successful entrepreneur and business leader with extensive experience in real estate, healthcare, and media. As CEO and Co-Founder of Rise48 Equity since 2019, Zach has overseen transactions exceeding $2.27 billion and managed a portfolio of over 10,000 units. In addition, Zach co-founded Rise48 Communities in 2021, which provides in-house property and asset management. Previous roles include President and Co-Owner of Family Comfort Hospice & Palliative Care, where Zach contributed to its rapid growth in the Phoenix Metro area, and President and Founder of ZH Multifamily, focused on value-add multifamily properties. Zach has also held various positions in healthcare business development and media, including being a Lead TV News Anchor at Arizona PBS. Educational qualifications include an MBA from Grand Canyon University and a BA in Journalism from the Walter Cronkite School of Journalism and Mass Communication.
