Tom Dugan is an experienced professional in the wine industry and philanthropy, currently serving as the CEO and General Manager of DeLille Cellars, a renowned winery in Woodinville, Washington, since September 2014. Dugan is involved with multiple organizations, including membership in YPO and board memberships with the Washington State Wine Commission, Washington Wine Institute, and Washington's National Park Fund. Dugan co-founded Harlem Lacrosse, a non-profit focused on supporting at-risk youth, and previously held roles at Gordian Group, LLC, and Bacchus Capital Management, where experience in financial advisory and investment in the wine sector was gained. Dugan holds a B.A. cum laude in Economics from Colorado College and has studied at The London School of Economics and Political Science.
