Currently serving as the CEO of Carex Consulting Group since 2016, Rachel is dedicated to transforming the staffing industry through enhanced transparency and culture. As the founder of Figgy, Rachel has created an innovative play set that fosters imagination in children. In addition to roles at HealthX Ventures as a talent consultant and various board positions, Rachel has a history of supporting community initiatives and entrepreneurship, including co-founding 1 Million Cups. Previous experience includes serving as Vice President of Candidate Relations at Nordic Consulting Partners, where strategic business and talent acquisition were key focuses.
