Norma Chu is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in leadership and entrepreneurship. Currently serving as a Board Member for YPO's Women Business Network and as the Athena Lead for North Asia, Norma has also been instrumental as the Program Director and Founder of the Good Food Movement since January 2018. As Founder and CEO of DayDayCook, the leading cooking and lifestyle media brand in China, Norma has achieved over 50 million social followers and 8 billion views in 2018 through innovative video content. Additionally, Norma contributes as a Board Member for the Hong Kong Shanghai Youth Association and as a Standing Director for the Shanghai and Hong Kong Federation. Previously, Norma held the position of Head of Equity Research at HSBC Private Bank. Academic credentials include an Executive MBA from Harvard Business School and a Bachelor's degree in Business and Finance from the University of Washington, along with studies at Waseda University.
