Alex Pascal, PhD, is an accomplished founder and CEO with extensive experience in the coaching industry. Current roles include Founder & CEO of Coaching.com since January 2021 and Member of YPO since June 2022. Previously, Alex founded and led CoachLogix, which rebranded as Coaching.com, from February 2012 to January 2021. Additional experience includes serving as an Adjunct Executive Coach, Product Marketing Manager for Coaching and Assessments, and Coaching Project Manager at the Center for Creative Leadership from December 2009 to January 2020. Academic qualifications consist of a Bachelor of Business Administration with concentrations in Accounting and Finance from the University of San Diego and a Master's and PhD in Consulting Psychology from Alliant International University-San Diego Campus.
