Sebastiraj Arulanandu is an accomplished software development leader with extensive experience in the banking and technology sectors. Currently serving as a Software Development Lead at Standard Chartered Bank since September 2020, Sebastiraj previously held the position of Director - Head for BPM Presales & Solutions at Virtusa from January 2016 to September 2020, where responsibilities included global leadership for BPM - Pega presales and solutions. Earlier career roles include Senior Architect positions at Lloyds TSB and FedEx Services, as well as BPM Architect roles at MasterCard and Level 3 Communications.
