Rodrigo Gandia is an accomplished professional in the fields of people management and education, currently serving as the Diretor de Pessoas e Cultura at Youx Group since April 2021. In addition to this role, Rodrigo is a university professor at Faculdade CNA and Faculdade Presbiteriana Gammon, teaching courses in Entrepreneurship in Agribusiness and other subjects. As a co-founder and CNPq RHAE coordinator at Plataforma Árvore, Rodrigo has contributed significantly to research and innovation. Previous experience includes mentoring for the CNA Jovem program, managing people and communication at Agência Zetta, and developing new business strategies at Galax. Rodrigo holds multiple advanced degrees, including a Ph.D. in Complex Systems Engineering from Université Paris-Saclay, and is pursuing further education at Harvard Business School.
