Michael Haglund has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Michael is currently working at YouVersion as a Senior Engineering Manager, starting in July 2023. Prior to that, they worked at Life.Church from November 2021 to July 2023, first as a YouVersion Software Engineering Manager and then as a Software Engineer from July 2018 to November 2021. Before joining Life.Church, they worked at Federated Insurance as a Systems Developer III from June 2011 to July 2018. In addition, they served as a Reserve Officer at the Owatonna Police Department from May 2013 to August 2017. Prior to that, they were a Psychological Operations Team Lead in the United States Army Reserve from November 2008 to November 2016. Their earliest work experience was as an Audio Engineer for WBCS at Bethel University from February 2008 to May 2011.
