Ramak Siadatan is an experienced professional in training, onboarding, and sales enablement, currently serving as the Global Training and Onboarding Lead for YouTube Trust & Safety since October 2022. Prior to this role, Ramak held various positions at Google from October 2014 to October 2022, including Head of Partner Advisory & Activation for Google Cloud, where responsibilities included building and delivering effective sales enablement programs. Ramak also contributed to the UC Davis community as President of the Cal Aggie Alumni Association Board of Directors from 2014 to 2016 and served as Sales Enablement Training Manager at Guidewire Software. Earlier in career, Ramak held multiple roles at Hewlett-Packard Company, focusing on learning and development onboarding and training operations for a vast employee base. Educational credentials include an MBA in General/Finance and a BS in Agricultural and Managerial Economics, both from the University of California, Davis.
