Nicky (Crane) Rettke is a seasoned professional in product management with extensive experience in the technology sector, particularly at YouTube since July 2011, where Nicky serves as VP of Product Management. Nicky has successfully led the launch of a new business line focused on performance advertising and has a proven track record in developing ad formats across various platforms. Prior to YouTube, Nicky held positions at Google as a Technical Program Manager, contributing to talent management technologies, and at TeleNav, Inc., where innovative GPS navigation solutions were designed. Nicky also served as a Product Manager at Cornerstone OnDemand Inc., earning recognition as Employee of the Year. Nicky holds both MSE and BSE degrees in Telecommunications and Networking Engineering from the University of Pennsylvania.
