McKenzie Gibbs is a seasoned technical recruiter with extensive experience in talent acquisition across various sectors. Currently serving as a Technical Recruiter at YouTube, McKenzie focuses on product manager hiring since July 2024. Prior to this, McKenzie spent over six years at Google as a recruiter for Google Cloud, specializing in full-cycle recruitment for AI engineers and previously hiring for Enterprise Field Sales Representatives, particularly in the healthcare, public sector, and Canadian markets. McKenzie also worked at Stryker for nearly five years, successfully hiring over 350 employees for onsite business and leading multiple large-scale recruitment efforts. Earlier in career, McKenzie gained valuable experience as an English Language Arts teacher at Sage Valley Middle School, where curriculum development and communication with parents were key responsibilities. McKenzie holds a Bachelor of Education in Literature from the University of Idaho.
