Jin Lim is an accomplished product leader with extensive experience in various sectors, including fintech and healthcare technology. Currently serving as Product Lead at YouTrip since September 2024, Jin focuses on advancing YouBiz's offerings for SMEs. Previously, as Head of Product at EngageRocket from April 2022 to August 2024, Jin played a key role in leveraging real-time data for organizational improvement. Jin also held significant positions at Livius as Director of Product and Strategy, and Advisory Consultant, where the emphasis was on enhancing the quality of care for older Australians and individuals with disabilities. Additional roles include Product Consultant at Qritive and Livingstone International, as well as Head of Digital Products at Platform One, highlighting a consistent commitment to innovation and strategic development in product management. Jin holds a Bachelor of Design Computing from the University of Sydney and a Diploma of Multimedia from Computer Graphics College.
