We are seeking a Lead Product Designer (SG based) to oversee the work of our growing design teams in Singapore and overseas!
You will:
- Envision and evolve our next generation of products, working closely with the Director of Product Design and senior stakeholders
- Make an impact on the lives of millions by creating delightful solutions to complex design problems that influence the way we travel, transact, and send money across Asia and beyond
- Lead end-to-end work streams:Â Own design deliverables and oversee the work of 4-5 designers to ensure our product vision is brought to life
- Translate product requirements and business goals into strategic, visionary, and actionable design briefs, manage resources, timelines and estimations
- Effectively communicate design solutions and their impacts on product experience, users, and business goals across teams and stakeholders
- Push the standards of our work, set benchmarks and own design deliverables to ensure our product vision is brought to life
- Grow & develop fellow designers to take work from good to great, improve workflows, and establish best practices for product design
You are:
- You are a curious and strategic systems thinker and maker who looks beyond the immediate ask to strive to design best-in-class experiences for our users
- Able to turn functional products into truly delightful ones – from generative research and interaction design to UX writing and behavioural psychology – no matter if it’s your own work or the work of others
- You are excited wearing multiple hats: One day you might be overseeing design research for travel habits and redefining cross-border transfers for SMEs on the next
- You know it’s worth paying extra attention to details – from interactions to wording
You have:
- 7-10 years experience in Product/Service Design, with a strong sense for aesthetics and hands-on expertise in applied UX
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in related fields with exceptional online portfolio
- 3+ years experience working on live/launched mobile apps with complex features across multiple platforms/markets
- Prior experience managing a design team is a plus
- Shaped and optimized high-quality product experiences for mobile and web – used and loved by Millions
- Demonstrated ability to define and lead end-to-end design of project stream
- Experience establishing and evolving cross-platform, multi-market design systems
- Excellent analytical/problem solving skills paired with impressive interpersonal skills.
