Travis Sullivan is currently a Board Member at Youth Guidance. Travis has previous experience working as an Activities Coordinator at Southern California Crossroads and a Program Coordinator at YSVP. As an Activities Coordinator, Travis organized and developed youth development programming for GRYD clients. Travis also identified existing services in the community and surrounding neighborhoods, coordinated referrals, and monitored clients’ participation. As a Program Coordinator at YSVP, Travis was the lead facilitator for Story Squad. In this role, they supported youth to develop the social and emotional skills necessary to process their own experiences with violence and reexamine dominant narratives. Travis’ experience in working with youth to develop programming and support their social and emotional growth makes him well-suited for their current role as a Board Member at Youth Guidance.
Travis Sullivan has a Bachelor's degree in Arts in Audio Arts and Acoustics from Columbia College Chicago and a Master of Social Work - MSW from the University of Chicago Crown Family School of Social Work, Policy, and Practice.
