Lisa Schrader is currently a board member at Youth Guidance, but they have plenty of experience in the philanthropic sector. Lisa started their career in 1990 as a manager of resource development and grant administration for the Chicago Housing Authority. From there, they became a program director at the Oak Park-River Forest Community Foundation in 1996. In 2005, they took on the role of program officer for the Walter S. Mander Foundation. And most recently, before joining Youth Guidance, they worked as a resource development advisor. Lisa has dedicated their career to helping others and making a difference in their community.
Lisa Schrader has a bachelor's degree in communications/history from Saint Mary's College. Lisa is currently working as a history teacher at a high school.
