Tom Thelwell is an experienced Quality Assurance professional currently serving as the Quality Assurance Manager at Yourgene Health since April 2021, overseeing ISO13485 and ISO15189 quality systems and ensuring compliance with MDSAP and IVDR 2017/746. Prior to this role, Tom held positions as a Senior Quality Assurance Specialist and Operations & Quality Manager at Bailey Instruments from August 2011 to April 2021, where Tom successfully maintained and improved the ISO13485 quality management system while managing sub-contractors in Far East and South East Asia. Tom holds a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Psychology from The University of Manchester and a Postgraduate Certificate in Business Administration from the University of Chester.
