Jake Messer, MS HRD, SHRM-CP, currently serves as an Instructional Designer at Aspire Software, focusing on developing impactful training content and applying advanced adult learning theories. Prior experience includes project management and inventory training at Karmak, where project lifecycle management and customer training were key components. Previous roles also feature a research assistantship at Vanderbilt University and positions in talent acquisition at Aramark, behavior specialization in education, and tutoring at multiple educational institutions. Jake holds a Master of Science in Human Resources Development from Pittsburg State University and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and Management from Missouri Southern State University.
