Enrique Esparza Jr. is a Mexican-American business executive with over 25 years of experience in the manufacturing industry. Enrique is currently the Chairman of Your Mexico Manufacturing Partner, a position they have held since January 2020.

Enrique was born into the manufacturing business, as their father was dedicated to managing foreign operations. Enrique began their career with Assemble in Mexico in 1988, and later took over as CEO of Co-Production International (CPI) in 2009. Under Enrique's leadership, CPI has established over 220 companies in the Baja California region.

Enrique is deeply committed to supporting job growth on both sides of the border and has cultivated relationships with government officials, business leaders, trade associations and economic development organizations in both the United States and Mexico. Enrique is a frequently invited guest at conferences and panel discussions, where they share their expertise on managing foreign operations in Mexico.

Enrique Esparza Jr. holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the University of San Diego and an Associate's Degree in Business from the New Mexico Military Institute.
