Jo Hough is an experienced Human Resources professional with a diverse background in organizational development and HR management. Currently serving as the Human Resources Director at Your Housing Group since June 2022, Jo previously held the position of Assistant Director of Organisational Development at Stafford and Rural Homes from January 2009 to September 2022. Other notable roles include Director of Organisational Development at Housing Plus Group, and Human Resources Manager positions at Argos, Unilever, and Alpha Flight Services. Jo Hough holds a Master of Science in Human Resources Management from Aston University and a BA Hons in Business Studies and Human Resources Management from The University of Huddersfield.
