Alison Evans, MSHR, PHR, SHRM-SCP, currently serves as the Treasurer at Utah SHRM and holds the position of Human Resource Manager at Your Employment Solutions. Alison has extensive experience in implementing human resources strategies and establishing department accountabilities, including talent acquisition, staffing, compensation, and employee relations. Previously, Alison worked as a Payroll Coordinator and Recruiter at BBSI and as a Guest Host, Cashier, and Server at Sizzling Platter, LLC. Alison holds a Master of Science in Human Resources from Utah State University and has a Bachelor of Science in Human Resource Management. Additionally, Alison holds an Associate of Science in Business and an Associate of Arts in Business from the College of Eastern Utah.
