Jeffrey Moliterno has been working in the IT industry for over 20 years. Jeffrey started their career as a contractor and on-site service provider, performing on-site software/hardware upgrades, repairs and installations of PC’s, Servers, Kiosks, POS Systems, Security, Networks, Cabling, and other devices. During their time in this role, they were able to successfully triage system and network problems, diagnose and resolve hardware/software faults, and replace parts as required providing customers with a workaround to reduce any downtime while providing first-class customer support.

In 2011, Jeffrey took on the role of Principal Consultant at Terno & Associates, Inc. In this role, they were responsible for leading a team of consultants in the delivery of technical services to clients. Jeffrey also managed client relationships and expectations, ensuring that projects were delivered on time and within budget.

In 2015, Jeffrey became a Board Member of the MCCTC Technology Curriculum Advisory Committee. In this role, they provide advice and guidance on the development and delivery of the technology curriculum at MCCTC.

In 2018, Jeffrey joined YOUNGSTOWN AREA GOODWILL INDUSTRIES INC as an Advisor. In this role, they are responsible for providing support and advice on the use of technology to staff and clients. Jeffrey also helps to troubleshoot technical problems and provides training on the use of new technologies.

Jeffrey Moliterno's educational career consists of a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Computer Science from Youngstown State University, as well as college prep, computers, chemistry, physics, genetics, and Ursuline High School.
