Mairin Margot Schmidt is an experienced professional in the arts and events sector, currently serving as Development and Events Coordinator at Young Vic since May 2023, and previously held roles such as Duty Manager and part of the Welcome Team. Mairin also works as a Production Assistant for Intermission Film and is an Arts Industry Supervisor at Pleasance Theatre Trust. Committed to inclusivity, Mairin acts as an Inclusion Facilitator for the National Youth Theatre, leading workshops and courses. Additional experience includes producing for Camden Fringe and acting in Adult Swim's 'Dreamers'. Mairin's educational background includes a Master of Arts in Performance Making from Goldsmiths, University of London, and a Bachelor of Arts in Acting and Performance from the University for the Creative Arts. Further training was received through the National Youth Theatre.
