Gary Kessie currently serves as the Associate Executive Director and Aquatics Director at the YMCA of the Inland Northwest since May 2023. Additionally, as a Co-Owner of Ripple Effect LLC, Gary specializes in providing First Aid and CPR training in a customizable learning environment. Prior experience includes roles as a Customer Service Representative at Black Sheep Sporting Goods, Manager at SafeSplash Swim Schools, and Aquatics Manager at The Salvation Army Kroc Center Coeur d'Alene. Gary also held various positions at Whitworth University, including Head Men's and Women's Assistant Swim Coach and Assistant Aquatic Director for Community Programs. Gary started a career in management as the Assistant Manager at Hermiston Family Aquatic Center. Educational qualifications include a Master of Education in Educational Leadership and Administration and a Bachelor of Arts in History, both obtained from Whitworth University.
