Bryan Schmidt is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in data analysis and facilities management. Currently serving as a Product Analyst at Young Life since July 2024, Bryan previously held the position of Director of Facilities at Covenant Pines Bible Camp Inc from March 2021 to June 2024. Prior to that, Bryan dedicated over 15 years to Affinity Plus Federal Credit Union, where roles included Data Analysis Manager and Marketing Business Development Specialist, focusing on data collection, predictive modeling, and member engagement. Bryan's earlier experience includes serving as a Fire Fighter with the New Brighton Department of Public Safety from January 2014 to August 2020. Bryan holds a Bachelor of Science in Pastoral Studies from the University of Northwestern - Saint Paul and a Data Analysis Certificate from Normandale Community College.
