Rosemarie Pardington is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in integrated care and social services. Currently serving as the Director of Integrated Care at Young Epilepsy since October 2016, Rosemarie leads the development of residential, assessment, and rehabilitation services tailored to meet the specialized needs of children and young people with epilepsy and related neurological conditions. Prior to this role, Rosemarie was the Director of Services at Leonard Cheshire Disability from January 2013 to October 2016, where responsibilities included oversight of social care services across the UK. Rosemarie also held the position of Acting Chief Executive during this tenure. Rosemarie's academic background includes a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Business Administration and Management from the University of Surrey, completed in 2008.
