Koosje van Heijningen is currently a trainee in the Talent Program at Young Colfield, engaging in a two-year trajectory with diverse assignments at leading companies. Previously, Koosje served as a project manager at Gemeente Leiden, handling event organization and project coordination. Experience includes roles as an event manager and content marketer at Allianz Nederland, a PR/marketing student assistant at TEAM LEWIS, and a COVID-19 contact researcher at GGD Rotterdam-Rijnmond. Koosje also held positions as a marketing intern at Vitam, client expert at Eneco eMobility NL, and communication intern at Workspot, among others. Koosje holds a Master’s degree in Communication Science from Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam and a Bachelor's degree in Facility Management from Rotterdam University of Applied Sciences, alongside various language certifications.
