Tim Circus possesses extensive experience in the food and hospitality industry, currently serving as the Head of Franchise at YouMeSushi since January 2023. Previous roles include Managing Director at PB50 LTD and Epoch Group Ltd, where responsibilities encompassed overseeing Papa John's franchise restaurants. Tim has also held significant positions such as Franchise Business Manager at Papa John's (GB) Ltd and UK Operations Director at GDK (German Doner Kebab). Prior to these, Tim was Head of Subway & Burger King at EG Group, with full P&L responsibility and oversight of new site builds for over 120 restaurants. Early career stages included positions at BURGER KING® EMEA & APAC, Spud U Like, and Compass Group UK & Ireland, focused on operational excellence, area management, and retail development. Tim holds a Diploma in Travel & Tourism from Chelmer Valley and education from the British Institute of Innkeepers.
