Ben Trafton has had a diverse work experience, primarily in VP-level roles. Ben started their career at Endeca in 2003 as a Senior Sales Engineer and progressed to roles such as Manager Sales Engineering, Regional Technical Director, Director of Retail, Media & Travel Solutions, and finally VP Ebusiness Technology.

Ben then moved on to work as the VP Sales Consulting for Oracle Commerce from 2012 to 2013 before joining Yottaa as the VP Client Services in 2013, where they currently work.

Ben Trafton attended Bates College from 1996 to 2000, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in the fields of Geology, Economics, and Math. In June 2019, they obtained a certification as a Yottaa Certified Performance Expert from Yottaa.
