Michael Potter has extensive experience in IT support and technical assistance, currently serving as an IT Support Technician II at Yosemite Pathology & Precision Pathology since April 2022. Previously, Michael has owned and worked as a Technical Support Specialist at Custom Computer Consulting / Tech@Home since January 2011, providing a range of services from hardware and software installation to network configuration and technical support. Additional roles include Desktop & Network Support Specialist at NetFusion Consulting Inc., Application Specialist II at Stanislaus County Health Services Agency, and various positions in IT support and system administration across multiple organizations, including Verve Networks and Megapath Inc.
