Loc A has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. They started their career as a Business Solutions Planner/Program Manager at Metrolinx and later worked as a Consultant/Program Manager at the City of Toronto. They also worked as a Program Manager/Project Officer at Metrolinx, where they delivered initiatives to enhance customer experience. Loc A then joined Bede Gaming Ltd as a Senior Program Manager before moving on to CYLifeLens Coaching, where they served as a Business & Personal Coach. They further gained experience as a Senior Program Manager at Fora, leading a large engineering team in migrating users and increasing revenue. Loc A also worked at ActivateStaff as a Senior Advisor, providing strategic guidance and operational planning. They then became the Director & Principal Consultant at An Path Consulting Inc., where they served as a strategic advisor and management consultant. Currently, Loc A holds the position of Director of Projects, Transformation Office at both Yorkville University and Toronto Film School, overseeing project management activities and contributing to organizational growth.

Loc A has an MBA in Strategy from the Lazaridis School of Business & Economics at Wilfrid Laurier University. They also have a Honours Environmental Studies degree with a field of study in Urban Planning from the University of Waterloo. In addition, Loc A has obtained certifications including "Brilliant Customer Service", "Customer Service Mastery", "Certified SAFe® 6 Agilist", and "Certified SAFe® 5 Agilist" from institutions such as Udemy and Scaled Agile, Inc.
