Cristina Criscione-McCombs serves as the Assistant Principal at Yorktown Central School District, overseeing specific classes and leading the Social Studies and Special Education Departments while managing academic eligibility and new initiatives. Previously, at the NYC Department of Education, Cristina held various roles including Instructional Coach, Peer Collaborative Teacher, Co-facilitator of the Social Studies Department, and teacher mentor, contributing significantly to teacher development and leadership programs. Cristina's educational background includes a Bachelor of Arts from Villanova University and two Master's degrees, one in School Building Leadership from Bank Street College and another in Social Studies from Queens College.
