Vicky Farrell has over 17 years of experience in the property search industry, currently serving as Safe-Move Service Delivery Manager at Yorkshire Water since April 2016 and as Director of DWSN. Vicky is responsible for the strategic and day-to-day operations of SafeMove, Yorkshire Water’s conveyancing search production and retail business. Under Vicky's leadership, Safe-Move achieved the UK Excellence Award in 2018 and attained the British Quality Foundations EFQM Recognised for Excellence certification at a 5-star level, showcasing expertise in strategic delivery, continuous improvement, project management, stakeholder management, and change management. Prior to this role, Vicky was a Service Team Leader at Safe-Move from October 2003 to March 2016, where Vicky led a team of 18 in delivering CON29DW searches, emphasizing exceptional customer service and team engagement.
