Henry Dixon is an experienced Business Transformation Manager at Yorkshire Water since June 2014, leading initiatives in dynamic asset maintenance, business modernization, and strategic asset management, including the implementation of SAP S4 ERP. As Vice Chair of WaterAid in Yorkshire, Henry drives a fundraising committee to support a £1m program aligned with the UN Sustainable Development Goal of Clean Water and Sanitation. Previously, as Asset Planning Manager, Henry developed award-winning asset investment business plans and collaborated with operational teams to manage investment needs and risks. Earlier roles at Northumbrian Water involved leading a team for effective sewerage network management and providing technical support, while the career began at Marks and Spencer in customer service. Henry holds a BSc in Geography from Northumbria University and a series of A Levels from Rossett School.
