Rich Bould is an experienced Technical Manager at Yorkshire Housing, providing technical support to the Development Team. Rich has also served as a Project Manager and Environmental Project Officer, overseeing various projects including a insulation programme for homes affected by fuel poverty. Rich was involved in the Sustainable Housing Award Winning Retrofit Project of the Year, managing refurbishments and installing renewable technology. Additionally, Rich is a Steering Group Member for Thorner Village Neighbourhood Plan and a former Parish Councillor at Thorner Parish Council. Rich holds a First Class, BSc (Hons) degree in Building Surveying from Leeds Beckett University.
