Alastair Durber is an experienced project manager with a strong background in delivering transformation projects within healthcare and technology sectors. Currently serving as a Project Manager at Yorkshire Housing, Alastair focuses on strategies to improve occupancy and financial performance of care homes. Previously, Alastair worked at Bupa managing critical projects within the Care Services department, and at EMIS Health overseeing software upgrades for acute healthcare applications. Alastair's earlier experience includes successfully delivering an award-winning digital discharge project at BT Lancashire Services.
