Corey Luth, PMP, CPP, has served as a Senior Engineer at Yorke Engineering, LLC since November 2014, specializing in project management, technical leadership, and proposal development concerning SCAQMD rule compliance and various air permitting processes. Corey's expertise encompasses annual emission reporting, air dispersion modeling, health risk assessments, greenhouse gas reporting, and toxic release inventory reporting, supported by relevant certifications, including SCAQMD Certified Permitting Professional and CARB Lead Verifier for both GHG and Low Carbon Fuel Standard regulations. Prior experience includes a role as a Research Assistant II at Bourns College of Engineering, focusing on engineered nanoparticles in aqueous environments, and a position as a referee for Inland Empire Lacrosse. Corey holds a Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of California, Riverside.
