Mark Reigelsperger has a diverse work experience in the field of IT. Mark started working at Univestey System and Services in 1992 as a Desktop and Printer Technician. In 1996, they joined Liz Claiborne, Inc. as a Desktop Technician and stayed with the company until 1998 when they became a part of the Desktop Development team. In 2006, they transitioned to Kate Spade & Company (formerly Liz Claiborne, Inc.) as a Windows System Administrator and worked there until 2013. From 2014 to 2015, Mark worked as an IT Technical Consultant at Sprocket Staffing. In 2015, they joined Yorktel as a Global IT Lead, where they were responsible for installing and troubleshooting IT hardware and software applications, configuring and troubleshooting mobile devices, managing user onboarding and offboarding processes, and maintaining IT related asset records. In addition to their civilian career, Mark also served in the United States Army Reserve as a Bn Operations Sergeant, where they were responsible for ensuring effective communication and mission accomplishment within the battalion. Mark held this role from 1986 to 2014.
Mark Reigelsperger attended Thomas Edison State University from 1992 to 1994, where they obtained an Engineer's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering. Prior to that, they attended Devry institute of Technology from 1990 to 1992, earning a degree in electric technician with a GPA of 3.3/4.0. In addition to their academic achievements, Mark has also obtained several certifications including MCSE 2003 and MCSA 2003 from Microsoft, as well as Security+ from CompTIA, all in the year 2006.
