Amy Kilcoyne is an experienced professional in the IT consulting industry, currently serving as the Director of Consulting Services at York Solutions, LLC since January 1998. In this role, Amy oversees the delivery of custom resource solutions for clients while prioritizing exceptional client and consultant care, as well as professional development through the Think IT association. Previously, Amy held the position of Manager of National Resources, where responsibilities included recruiting, managing the candidate placement process, mentoring junior recruiters, and negotiating contract agreements. Earlier in their career, Amy served as the Manager of Placement Services at The York Group, specializing in the sourcing and assessment of candidates for administrative positions. Amy earned a Bachelor of Science in English and Business Administration from Saint Xavier University from 1990 to 1994.
