Samantha Rakovsky, CPA, is a skilled financial professional with extensive experience in financial analysis and reporting. Currently serving as a Financial Analyst at York Regional Police since October 2021, Samantha has previously held senior positions at Headwaters Health Care Centre and Revera Inc., where responsibilities included overseeing financial statements, training junior analysts, and managing legal entity financial statements. Earlier roles at Millard Foster Thibeault Youell PC and YMCA of Greater Toronto further established Samantha's expertise in preparing financial statements, tax returns, and conducting variance analysis. Samantha holds a Certificate in Accounting from York University and an Honours Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from the University of Guelph.
