Melissa Longenberger serves as the Executive Director for York Builders Association Workforce NOW Foundation Inc. since January 2023. Previously, Longenberger held several key positions at York Builders Association from October 2014 to January 2023, including Vice President of Member Relations and Director of Membership, where responsibilities included membership recruitment, education, and member events. Prior experience includes serving as Director of Membership for Pennsylvania Builders Association, where support was provided to 38 local associations, and as a Staffing Specialist at Manpower. Earlier roles also involved donor relations and career resource management. Longenberger earned a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and an Associate's degree in Business Administration - Travel & Tourism from Mansfield University of Pennsylvania.
