Vincent Jacopucci is currently serving as an Interim Quality Specialist at Yor-in since September 2022. Previous experience includes a role as a QA engineer at ProViande B.V. from April 2024 to July 2024, where responsibilities involved CCP/OPRP validations, allergen management, and training within the organization, as well as support during IFS v8 audits. As a QA officer and labeling specialist at CHEFS CULINAR Nederland from November 2023 to March 2024, Vincent ensured compliance of fish and meat product labels with national and EU regulations. At OSI Europe from October 2022 to October 2023, focus was on process validation, analyzing product flow from supplier to customer. Vincent’s earlier positions include Junior Quality Manager at Evers Specials and an internship in Marketing CMI at Unilever. Educational qualifications comprise a Master’s in Health Food Innovation Management from Maastricht University and a Bachelor's in Nutrition and Dietetics from HAN University of Applied Sciences.
