Katrina Olivier is a highly experienced professional in consumer research and customer insights, with a background in fashion business. Katrina currently holds the position of Global Head of Consumer Research at YOOX NET-A-PORTER GROUP, and previously worked at THE OUTNET.COM in various customer insight roles. Prior to that, Katrina gained experience as a Lifestyle and Culture Insight Intern at Stylesight. Katrina graduated from the University of the Arts London with a BA (Hons) in Fashion Business.
