Wendy Willis currently serves as VP of Human Resources at Yokogawa since April 2018, having previously held the position of Director of Human Resources within the same company. Prior to this, Wendy held the role of VP of Administration at Material and Design Solutions from 2014 to March 2016. Wendy's experience also includes serving as Director of Human Resources at DSM from 2009 to 2012 and as Sr HR Manager at Greene, Tweed & Co. from 1996 to 2008. Wendy holds a Master of Science degree in Human Resources Development from Villanova University, earned between 2012 and 2014, and a Bachelor of Business Administration from Gettysburg College.
