Alvin Valeriano serves as Global Director at Yokogawa since June 2023, bringing extensive experience in HRIS and talent management from previous roles at Rakuten and Nissan Motor Corporation. At Rakuten, Alvin held the positions of General Manager and Senior Manager within the HRIS Department, overseeing four groups and managing strategy and system-related consultation. Prior to Rakuten, Alvin was Senior Manager in Japan HR Planning Group and Global Talent Management at Nissan, implementing global talent management processes and ensuring alignment across regions. Previous experience includes significant roles at AstraZeneca, ADP, NGA Human Resources, and IBM, focusing on HR systems, implementation, and support across various industries. Alvin holds a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from Kyoto University and a Certificate in Japanese Language from Osaka University.
