Bharathi Sampangi has held a variety of roles in the technology industry since 1997. Bharathi began their career at CSC as the Head of Delivery and CRM Product Architect. In 2007, they joined Gap Inc. as the Senior Director, Data and Analytics, Director, BI, and BI/Reporting Architect. In 2018, they moved to Five Below as the Vice President of Engineering, where they provided guidance and vision on emerging technologies and digital trends to address Five Below's hyper-growth business trajectory. Most recently, in 2022, they joined Yohana as the Vice President of Engineering.

Bharathi Sampangi received a Master's degree in Distributed Computing and Robotics from Bangalore University and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering from Bangalore University.
