James Tran is a seasoned Senior Database Administrator with extensive experience in database management and infrastructure projects. Currently at R&T Deposit Solutions since August 2024, James previously held the same title at LPL Financial from August 2022, where significant contributions included leading a major datacenter migration involving over 300 SQL servers. Prior to that, James spent a decade at Aaron's Tech, enhancing SQL Server database architecture and addressing technical challenges across numerous retail locations. Additionally, James began a career in IT with roles ranging from Application Support Analyst to Business Analyst, while also serving as a Platoon Leader and Convoy Commander in the US Army Reserves. James holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Washington.
