Donald J. Skloss has over 15 years of experience in sales, with a focus on managing teams and increasing revenue. Donald J. most recently served as Vice President of Sales at Yogi, where they oversaw a team of 12 and established a solid sales structure. Before that, they were Director of Sales at Reser's Fine Foods for over a decade, where they managed a team of Region Managers and National Account Managers, and oversaw P&L for Reser's branded and private label products. Donald J. also served as Director of Frozen Foods at Reser's, where they established a successful frozen foods line featuring Mexican cuisine and built up the marketing and staff from scratch.

Donald J. Skloss obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Marketing from the University of Notre Dame from 1980 to 1984.
