Chauncy Cay Ford is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer experience program management, business operations, and digital product design. As the Founder of missorganizeIT., Chauncy provides fractional leadership services focusing on customer and partner onboarding. In addition, Chauncy manages business operations at Austin Barbershop and serves as a Yoga Teacher for Yoga Alliance. Previous roles include Director of Product Management at ZayZoon, Director of Customer Enablement at Quantum Metric, and various positions at Dell Technologies, including Digital Customer Experience Program Manager. Chauncy also founded The Center for Continuous Product Design and has a rich background in IT managed services and education. Chauncy holds a Bachelor of Arts in East Asian Studies from Cornell University and has engaged in further professional development through the Walt Disney World College Program.
