Renia Sorou is the current HR Generalist at Yodeck. Prior to this, they worked as a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist at Enartia from September 2018 to February 2021. In this role, they participated in design and implementation of overall recruiting strategy, managed recruitment processes, created ideal candidate profiles, prepared and placed external job advertisements, screened candidates resumes and job applications, conducted interviews, assessed applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes, prepared and monitored the whole on-boarding experience, controlled & checked payroll, coordinated of the employees & partners contracts drafting and signing process, maintained up-to-date and accurate candidate data on ATS as well as employees' database, consulted DPO for the assessment and selection of best practices regarding data protection & privacy, and participated in employees' relations events & activities organization.

Renia Sorou has a certificate of specialized training in human resources management from the National & Kapodistrian University of Athens, a master's degree in civilization & education- educational psychology from Harokopio University of Athens, and a professional maritime programme in shipping from the Institute of Chartered Shipbrokers. Renia also has a bachelor's degree in philosophy, education & psychology from the National & Kapodistrian University of Athens.
