Menna Allah Moustafa has a diverse work experience. Starting in 2016, they worked as a Trainee at the National Cancer Institute (NCI) and later in 2017, they worked as a Trainee at Ahmed Maher Teaching Hospital. In the same year, they became a Community Pharmacist, responsible for drug dispensing, patient counseling, inventory management, and product purchasing at an unnamed pharmacy.

In 2019, Menna Allah joined Osama El Tayeby Pharmacies as a Shift Manager, where they handled patient inquiries, dispensed medications, provided patient counseling, and cross-sold medicated and cosmeceutical products. After working there for two years, they moved to El Khabiry Pharmacies in 2021, taking on the role of a Shift Manager until September of the same year.

More recently, in November 2021, they began working as a Medical Claims Auditor at Yodawy. In this role, Menna Allah examines claim forms and other records to determine insurance coverage, conducts investigations to verify claim validity, reviews insurance claims for errors, and makes recommendations for change.
